The Sewing Ministry involves a group of women who are devoted to the ministry of making items to benefit others in need, meeting approximately twice a month. Whether it is a pillowcase for hospital patients, dresses for Haiti disaster victims, backpacks and bags for children and youth, or stuffed animals for children, this group works as a team to complete the task. Volunteers may sew, iron, cut or string items, and plenty of fellowship takes place while working. No sewing experience is necessary! Anyone interested in volunteering, donating, or making a request, please contact Jackie Britton.
